Kiho Yutaka
Japanese violinist, composer, and arranger Kiho Yutaka began her violin studies at the age of 3. Winner of the 54th Hong Kong Music Festival in violin performance, Kiho graduated from Berklee College of Music and has collaborated with American Idol finalist Will Makar, Grammy Award-winning producer and bassist Jerry Barnes, and Tony Award-winning orchestrator Bill Elliott. Her composition “Bitter Black Hours” was performed at the Tokyo American Club Idol hosted by Fox TV Japan. She has collaborated with Japanese composers Lotus Juice and Taku Iwasaki on the New York debuts of their original award-winning works. Kiho also performs with metal band Juan Bond and Sara MacDonald’s big band “NYChillharmonic.”
